• Parent teacher conferences are in one week; check below for more information
• Grandparents Day: students will need to stay in the classroom until 1; they may not be released until 1. Please look for an email asking for your response for your pick up plans on that day. 
• Please make sure students are completing their homework. In order to prepare them for fifth grade, I will be implementing a missing homework system. I already started to hold students in the classroom during recess for missing homework. But starting the first week of November I will add on home communication cards if they are continuously missing homework. I understand that a lot of students have extra curricular activities, and that is why I have homework help at the end of the day. But I want to start a good habit of responsibility.

• What a great first quarter! I am so blessed and grateful for all of the wisdom gained, all of the growth and God's hand in our classroom working through each student. I pray that this coming quarter we would continue to grow in our wisdom, curiosity, and love for the Lord. Please continue to pray for our year! 
• Make sure to check their blue folder everyday, some days they might have important information for you. 

• Our secret code is "fall festival". Have your kid whisper this to me by TUESDAY for 2 extra DoJo points! 
• Some students will have an opportunity to fix their math homework if they got less than a C. Please check for the 'red smiley face' stamp on their homework so that they may fix the problems they missed and return it back the next day.
